- Exchange is valid for 14 days only by filling the exchange form available on our website. The item you're exchanging with must be in stock. The parcel cannot be divided, you cannot order two bags/pieces to choose from. Keep all or return all.

-Items on sale or purchased using a promo code cannot be exchanged, they can only be returned before the courier leaves.

-Shipping takes 3-6 business days, exchanges take up to 10 days.
