Shipping Policy

• All orders are carefully checked and sealed before dispatch.
• All Packages can be opened upon delivery, inspect your bag carefully before paying.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order upon delivery, a refusal fee of 80 EGP applies to cover shipping and handling costs. Delivering time 

• Standard Orders: Typically arrive within 1–5 working days.

• Pre-orders: These items are specially prepared for you and typically take 15–20 working days for delivery.

• package openings are available, we encourage you to inspect your bag carefully upon delivery as returns are not allowed 
• Exchanges are completely free off charge up to 3 times.
