• All orders are carefully checked and sealed before dispatch.
• Packages cannot be opened unless you request it from us .
• If the customer refuses to receive the order upon delivery, a refusal fee of 80 EGP applies to cover shipping and handling costs. Delivering time 

• Standard Orders: Typically arrive within 1–6 working days.

• Pre-orders: These items are specially prepared for you and typically take 15–20 working days for delivery.
